Terms Of Service

Package donations can only be refunded if you have not joined the server after donating.
Donations made through 'Rich Turtle' can be refunded within 24 hours after purchase AND if your bonusses haven't been claimed.
Make a ticket in the Discord to do so.

Donating does not make you invulnerable to punishment. If you don't follow the rules you will still be banned and your donations will not be refunded unless the above applies.
